1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the SecurityMe website, the guard portal and the company portal. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared.
3. For security guards
You confirm that the qualifications, certificates (such as §34a GewO) and documents you upload are genuine and valid.
You clock in and out only when you are physically present at the project site, and you record breaks as they happen.
Accepting an assignment is binding; if you cannot work a shift, inform us as early as possible.
4. For companies
Project details, locations and staffing needs must be accurate and lawful.
Invoices are issued according to the agreed rates and the recorded working hours and are payable within the agreed term.
You treat guards' personal data only for the purpose of the assignment and in line with data-protection law.
5. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the platform, falsify attendance records, attempt to access other users' data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage from breach of essential obligations.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Statutory retention obligations continue to apply after closure.
8. Changes and law
We may change these terms; you will be asked to accept the new version at your next sign-in. German law applies, and the German version of these terms is the binding one.
